Terms of Use

18+ ONLY. Chatbeet is an adult chat website. You must be at least 18 years old to enter or use this service. By continuing you confirm you are 18 or older.

By opening a chat, choosing a gender/display name, ticking the age confirmation, or sending any message, image or video on Chatbeet, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, or if you are under 18, leave immediately and do not use the service.

1. The service

Chatbeet is a free, casual multi-user chat platform. You may talk with other guests in private chats or in the public Main Chat, and with AI companions (Luna, Mila, Leo and Noah). No traditional account password is required — you continue as a guest with a display name.

2. Age requirement (18+)

Strict 18+ rule. This is an adult, anonymous chat environment. You represent and warrant that:

you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher);
you will not allow anyone under 18 to access Chatbeet through your device;
you will not send, request or share any sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18).

We may block access immediately if we reasonably believe a user is under 18. Under-18 use is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Chatbeet to:

harass, threaten, bully, stalk or abuse anyone;
share illegal, hateful, extremely violent, non-consensual, or exploitative content;
spam, scam, phish, advertise or solicit money/crypto without consent;
impersonate others or misrepresent your age;
send images/videos you do not have the right to share;
attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or reverse engineer systems beyond normal use.

You are solely responsible for everything you send. Public Main Chat is visible to other guests — do not post personal data you do not want shared.

4. AI companions

Luna, Mila, Leo and Noah are AI characters. Their messages are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or fictional. They are for entertainment and company only — not professional, medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Do not rely on them for crisis support.

5. Automatic translation

Messages between people using different languages may be translated automatically (AI). Translations can be imperfect; meaning can change. Use your own judgement before relying on a translated message. Do not share passwords, ID numbers or sensitive personal data in chat.

6. Content, media & moderation

Messages, photos and short videos may be stored temporarily to deliver chat, show recent history and keep the service safe. Media is stored on our infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare). We may remove content, wipe history or block access at any time, without notice, if these Terms are broken or to protect users.

7. No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatbeet and its operators are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, from content sent by other users, or from AI/translation errors. You use anonymous chat at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise this page.
